Dance 100 Club Rules

  1. Membership and Payments 
  • Membership fee: £2 per week. 
  • Payments are made via monthly standing order. 
  • Membership is for a minimum of one year.
  • After one year, members can cancel with one month’s notice.
  • Membership renews automatically unless cancelled.
  • Maximum of 100 members, ensuring a 1 in 100 chance of winning. 
  • Membership numbers are allocated upon joining. 
  • Once 100 members are reached, a waiting list will be started. 
  • If the waiting list grows significantly, the club may expand to a Dance 200 Club with double the prizes. 
  1. Draws and Prizes 
  • Monthly draw with a top prize of £100 and a runner-up prize of £50. 
  • If no winner is drawn, no prize is awarded for that month. 
  • Draws are conducted randomly, and winners are notified via email. 
  • Winners’ names will be published on the club’s website and social media. 
  1. Use of Funds 
  • All profits go to the Dance Journey Trust to support dancers financially. 
  • A detailed financial report will be published annually for transparency. 
  1. Eligibility 
  • Members must be 18 years or older. 
  • Membership is open to all, regardless of location. 
  1. Non-Payment 
  • If a payment fails, the member will be notified and given a grace period to rectify the payment. 
  • If the payment is not rectified within the grace period, the membership will be suspended until payment is made. 
  • Continued non-payment may result in termination of membership. 
  1. Cancellation and Refunds 
  • Members can cancel after one year with one month’s notice. 
  • No refunds for payments already made. 
  • Membership can be transferred to another person with prior notice. 
  1. General 
  • The club reserves the right to amend the rules at any time. 
  • Members will be notified of any changes via email. 
  • The club is not responsible for any technical issues affecting the draw.
